The secret of their longevity is delicious, freshly prepared Italian dishes served in abundant portions for reasonable prices in an atmosphere pervaded with congeniality and omnipresent merriment. Carmine, the amicable owner, and George, the manager, know most of their customers by name, a sort of friendliness that is almost a lost art.
